Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Paid Training: We believe in setting you up for success from the start. You'll undergo a comprehensive paid training program lasting between 5 to 10 weeks. Dive deep into the intricacies of the roofing and renovations industry, learning about different materials, techniques, and mastering effective sales strategies.

Results-Driven Sales: As a Sales Representative, you will embark on an exciting journey, taking our door-to-door sales strategy by storm. Utilize your charisma and communication skills to connect with potential clients and showcase the value of our services.

Networking and Referrals: We believe in leveraging the power of networking, referrals, and trade shows. Develop and strengthen connections to expand your reach and tap into a vast network of potential clients.

Hands-On Approach: Stand out from the crowd by getting hands-on from the beginning. Conduct initial inspections by climbing up on the roof, assessing project needs, and providing accurate recommendations. Your expertise will set the stage for exceptional results.

Project Oversight: Once projects are underway, take charge and coordinate schedules, ensuring top-quality materials are in place. Drive projects towards successful completion, leaving a lasting impression on every home you transform.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is advantageous, but not required!

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential, as you will be required to travel to different locations for client meetings and assessments.
